Optimize the annotation canvas refresh behavior to improve the rendering performance

We have rendered the annotations in the annotation canvas and refreshed the
canvas with rendered details for each and every interaction of the canvas element. So it’s cause the rendering performance while rendering the large number of annotation objects (sticky notes and custom stamp annotation has performance issue). Instead of refreshing the annotation canvas for every action we need to refresh it only if the changes done in any of one annotation object in the PDF page.
