To show relevant output while the filter settings contains unavailable member(s)

We currently have support to include or exclude members from the pivot table using filter settings. But, on adding unavailable members in filter settings, all members will be shown in the pivot table. Therefore, this behavior needs to be changed to show members that matches both data source and filter setting. Others needs to ignored.
