Show or hide paragraph marks in Document Editor

Is it possible, in the Doc Editor, to create a function / button that shows paragraph marks to the users... like this in MS Word;

Microsoft Word show below marks:

  1. Paragraph marks
  2. Breaks - line,
     page, column, and section 
  3. Tabs
  4. Space (space and non-breaking space)
