Can not see text cursor on bulleted rich text sometimes - iOS

Hello,

Upon editing rich text that has bullet points, I can't see my cursor on iOS so I don't know where I'm typing. I can select my position outside of the bullets and numbered lists though.

This happens less frequently from a fresh instance of the view and more so when I'm editing previously created rich text.

This only happens in iOS and not on Android or UWP.
