SfRichTextEditor - Scrolls incorrectly on long entries

To reproduce:

  1. Click the + at the top right of the screen.
  2. Type a note with many lines, longer than the screen so it has to scroll.
  3. Tap on a line towards the top
  4. Scroll back down and tap towards the bottom
Notice the view scrolled back up, and the cursor is no longer visible.

Once you start typing again it scrolls into view.

Alternative reproduction steps:

  1. Click the + at the top right of the screen.
  2. Type a note with many lines, longer than the screen so it has to scroll.
  3. Click the back button
  4. Tap towards the bottom of the note
Notice the view is not correctly scrolled to where you tapped. 
Once you start typing again it scrolls into view.
