SfRichTextEditor - Bullets and Numbered bullets do not use font color

When setting the font color in the RichTextEditor via the toolbar item, the bullets and numbered bullets do not use the same font color.

To reproduce, use the sample project, click the + at the top right, then use bullets or numbered bullets with a font color other than black. Notice the bullets are displayed in black font.
