Numeric textbox in italian culture doesn't consider decimal numbers

NumericTextBox component doesn't consider the decimal numbers when culture is Italian. Kindly refer the below screenshot.

In order to replicate the issue, kindly follow the below steps.


1. Change the system region settings

           1. Go to control panel

           2. Select Region

           3. In the additional settings change the Decimal Symbol to ',' and Digit grouping Symbol to '.'

2. Type the numeric value

3. After the post, got the wrong the value
