Ability to customize Placeholder

Place holder currently shows whatever string is used for Category.  You given us the ability to Style the placeholder, but not customize the placeholder at all.  For example, would like to customize Category to use a POCO for category and have one of the fields of the POCO to be displayed as the placeholder.
