ArgumentOutOfRange exception occurs in higher DPI scaling when CollapsedWidth is set to its minimum value

In GroupBar, when we set its CollapsedWidth property to its minimum value(20) at 100 scaling and when the sample is run at scaling above 100, then ArgumentOutOfRange exception occurs which also mentions that the minimum value of CollpasedWidth property is 20.


Replication Steps: 

      1. 
Run the sample at scaling above 100.
      2. Note that ArgumentOutOfRange exception occurs.
