Customize QAT Window Layout is incorrect in 150 scaling when DPIAware is set

Customize Quick Access Toolbar Window UI Layout is incorrect in 150 scaling when DPIAware is set. However when resized, it adjusts correctly. 

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample in 150 scaling.
  2. 
    Select the MoreCommands option from QAT dropdown.
  3. Note that the Customize QAT Window UI is improper.
