SuperToolTip does not showing according to the location when one instance is still in active

1.Start the application.

2.Mouse hover the form.

3.Note on left side , the supertooltip popup will open,

4.Now mousemove on right side, the supertooltip will open again

5.Then now mouse move the cursor when the left tooltip is still in opened state, then observe the tooltip on right side is not working


Expected result: It should be detected when when the cursor is still shown in left side.
