SfChipGroup doesn't support NotifyCollectionChangedAction.Replace and Insert

I'm working with the SfChipGroup control and have bound an ObservableCollection to the ItemsSource property. The chip group reacts as expected when items are added or removed, however, when I replace an item the chip group is not updated. When an item is replaced in the ObservableCollection, the CollectionChanged event is trigger with event arguments containing NotifyCollectionChangedAction.Replace.

I've attached a Xamarin.Forms project to demonstrate this behavior.
