My Word document uses the attached TTF font (FrutigerNext LT LightCn).

Conversion to PDF using this code snippet replaces any occurrence of FrutigerNext LT LightCn with the default font. I experimented with the FontSettings.SubstituteEvent event and I could confirm that indeed, FrutigerNext LT LightCn is not considered to be available.

I've observed the same behaviour when using Arial Narrow. This seems to confirm the hypothesis, that the PDF producer does not properly handle condensed fonts.
