SplitButton scrolls incorrectly when adding items within the DropDownMenuGroup

While adding items in the SplitButton DropDown within the DropDownMenuGroup, SplitButton scrolls incorrectly and empty DropDown is displayed when hovering over scroll button arrow in the bottom. 


Note that the issue does not occur when adding items directly inside the SplitButton DropDown without using DropDownMenuGroup.


Replication Steps:


1. Run the sample.
2. Open the clean up splitbutton.
3. Note that items are displayed.
4. Hover on the bottom scroll button
5. Note DropDown scrolls to the last and empty area is displayed
