DataGrid does not show data from a DataAdapter component with the ReadAsync method

Dear Syncfusion,

I created a DataAdapter component with the overriding of ReadAsync method. It works fine if a request takes some time, but if the method finishes very fast, DataGrid does not show records.


There is a sample project in an attachment.


P.S. At this moment I use an extra delay in the ReadAsync method
