Tabcontrol - Component in tab is not getting refreshed when selected

I have a tab control in main component.(parent) 

in each tab i have 2 components. (

I am able to show second tab from main page. but i want to refresh tab contents. i want to call Reload method in child component.  How do i do that? 

this is the method in main page, from which i want to call Reload event of child component.

public async Task ShowDetailsTab(bool value)

    {

        TabStatus.EnableTab(1, true);


        TabStatus.Select(1);

      Load data again so data is refreshed. ??

    }
