Yarn Check Error

When we bump react to version 16.12.0 we get following error.

[yarn-check] error "@syncfusion/ej2-react-charts#@syncfusion/ej2-react-base#react@15.5.4 - 16.9.0" doesn't satisfy found match of "react@16.12.0"

Seems like syncfusion lib doesn't support this react version.
