Dynamically change current theme attributes

I would like to be able to let the user modify the current theme attributes by dynamically change them from the code. 

This functionality seems to be existing in the theme studio, but not exposed.

Edit (2019-12-15 Re: comment) - The proposed solution defeats the idea, the application is compromised of MANY controls. It doesn't make any sense to manage each control L&F separately.

1) There is no option to comment, so I have to edit.

2) Please review previous related communications, the theme studio does not provide a solution.
