Support to edit the free text annotation value in code behind

Support to edit the free text annotation value in code behind. We could not edit the text content of free text annotation using edit annotation API. We have to update the value in property change method for free text annotation if we change the text content.
Should able to update the free text annotation in code behind.
Should select the annotation based on the input element from the custom panel.
