RichTextEditor's @on... methods don't work

Hi!

For v17.3.30, IntelliSense seems to indicate that the "@on..." methods exist, but trying to run the program results in a runtime error.

In particular, I'm most interested in "onchange" or "oninput" working, but any other way to have a callback fired when a change occurs in the text editor would be great.
