Deactivate the automatic summarization of all day appointments in case there are too many

Current behavior:

When there are more number of appointments, a summery (5 more) will be shown as the last item. When clicking this option, it will load all the item within a list box.

Enhancement request:

We should expose an option to disable this summary (5 more). It should be possible to show whole list by default.
