Add support for empty points

Currently, the surface chart cannot handle empty points (i.e. NaN or null value). This means that you cannot plot data sets where you either have missing values or the data point is not defined (NaN). This is a severe restriction in funtionality. The support should be similar to that of empty points in SfChart.
