Key-Preview (BeforeKeyPress) support in RichTextEditor

Please implement Key-Preview (BeforeKeyPress) to react to user input.

What i'd like to do:

# (for example) should start highlighting

Blank or linebreak shoud stop highlighting

Sample: This task is send to #Frank and #Anna


This could be implemented very simply if i know the keypress, before it gets processed by the control.
