Custom axes regardless of chart series

Currently, if you want to add an additional axis rather than the primary axis and the secondary axis, it needs to be added along with a chart series. But this feature helps to add any number of axis to the chart without linking with the chart series. It is helpful for adding duplicate axis for primary and secondary axes and defining the static axis irrespective to addition and removal of the chart series.
