Black bar renders while using comboboxadv without createparams

Reproducing steps.

1.Run the sample.

2.Note the ComboBoxAdv rendering.

Expected result:

No black bar flickering occurs, No double rendering occurs.

Actual Result:

Black bar flickering occur.
