Consider offset x and offset y properties in all the docking positions of legend in Xamarin.Forms chart.

As of now, the floated legend can be positioned anywhere using OffsetX and OffsetY properties. This support allows moving the legend in the horizontal and vertical direction in all the docking positions using OffsetX and OffsetY properties.
