Shapes are not positioned properly after hiding the rows

Bug Details : 

While hiding the rows in the worksheet, the position of the shapes doesn't change. 

The shape’s position is update using UpdateAnchorPoints() method and it is not working proper 
which cause the issue. 


Code Snippet :
