Progressive and logarithmic scale support for circular gauge

Provide progressive scale and logarithmic scale support for circular gauge control. 

Label not only appears in linear mode, but it should appear in progressive order like 20, 40, 80,160,320, etc. and logarithmic order like 0,10, 100,1000, etc.,
