Drag action is not working properly

When we set the interval for drag action it will work wrongly.

Example: event duration 2h, drag interval 10min

pointer is positioned on half (1h)

Drag for one step will not update start time + 10 min. it will add 1h and 10min.

if pointer is on top of event, everything will work ok.
