Create a Record Navigation Control

A record navigation control with first next previous last buttons would be an amazing addition to the WPF control set. A control like that would make designing navigation for master child data entry forms a lot easier.

I have tried to use the SfDataPager control and make a page only include 1 item but there are some issues with using that control as it is not designed to be a record navigator.
