Desambiguate between ValueChange and ValueChanged properties

There are several controls that have both ValueChange and ValueChanged properties (DateRangePicker, DropDownLists, etc.) and other that have one or another, aparently randomly...

Is there any difference between these two? The second one (ValueChanged) doesn't even have a description on the documentation.

Could you please point out the differences and tell when to use each one? Or, at least, update the docs to show some more info...
