Unable to upgrade Syncfusion.EJ2.PdfViewer.AspNet.Core.Windows to v17.3.0.27

I am unable to upgrade Syncfusion.EJ2.PdfViewer.AspNet.Core.Windows to version 17.3.0.27 as its dependency package "Syncfusion.Pdf.Net.Core" is still at version 17.3.0.26.
