Moving the Annotation Free TextBox is causing application to crash

I added a Free Text box and saved the PDF. WHen I go back into it again and moved the textbox around the page, it then crashes with the following error:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
   at Syncfusion.Windows.PdfViewer.PdfDocumentView.MoveOrResizeEditText()
   at Syncfusion.Windows.PdfViewer.PdfDocumentView.PathMove_ManipulationCompleted(Object sender, ManipulationCompletedRoutedEventArgs e)

I am using the following version: v17.3.0.27
