RibbonWindow get overlapped on changing the theme

On changing the theme, the Ribbon window get overlapped on corner of an application


Replication Procedure:

1.Run the attached sample.

2.Now click the skin tab and change the office2007 Blue.

3.You could found that window get overlapped.


Expected result: on changing the theme, window should not get overlapped on corner.
