Create Cross-Platform Solution for recurring alarms

It would be nice to couple SfSchedule with Alarms so they could trigger some sort of action once the date and time is reached. As far as I know there currently isn't any reliable solution for this problem and could probably generate a lot of new customers.


The alarms should survive a reboot and killing of the app (Just like a normal Calendar app does)
