Syncfusion, Inc. today announced its plans to support the next version of Microsoft Visual Studio, Visual Studio 2008, which is the next generation development tool for Windows Vista, the 2007 Office System, and the Web. Syncfusion is prepared to offer developers the component support they will need to create cutting-edge Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) applications. Syncfusion tools and components will be integrated and available in time for the Visual Studio 2008 shipping date.

On Syncfusion's plans for supporting Visual Studio 2008, Stefan Hoenig says, "Our goals regarding WPF and Visual Studio 2008 are in line with Microsoft's, and, as always, increasing the productivity of developers by providing rock-solid and up-to-date components is Syncfusion's number one priority."

"Microsoft is pleased to see Syncfusion support Visual Studio 2008" said Prashant Sridharan, senior product manager for Visual Studio at Microsoft Corp. "Syncfusion customers will benefit from the highly productive developer tools in Visual Studio."

Syncfusion Essential Tools is currently available with WPF support for both Editors and Docking Windows.
