I was able to reproduce the problem which occurs due to non-English culture settings. Could you please create a direct trac incident so that I can update you with further details regarding the issue?
what solution you propose, to correct the problem? since by changing parameters System.Threading.Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture = new System.Globalization.CultureInfo ("en-GB"); it does not solve the problem.
