Hi,

how can I replace a placeholder text by an image or table? Is there any sample demonstrating this?

And another question if I got a TextSelection using find methods how do I get information about the section and paragraph this selection is part of?

Regards,
Christian

Hi Christian,

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion Products.

You can replace a placeholder text by an image or table using the TextBodyPart class. Kindly refer the below online documentation link for more information.

Documentation link:
http://help.syncfusion.com/ug_94/Reporting/DocIO/Windows%20Forms/default.htm?turl=Documents%2F455replace.htm

You can also refer the online sample available in the below link:

Regarding your query about retrieving the section and paragraph of a TextSelection, you can make use of the WTextRange class to obtain the information.

We have created a sample to illustrate your requirement. Do find the sample in the below link and let us know if it was helpful.
