Quick Access Toolbar
Controls that are accessed frequently can be placed in the Quick Access Toolbar(QAT), which appears in the top left corner, near the Office Menu Button, of the RibbonControlAdv by default.

The QuickAccessToolbar can also be placed below the ribbon, as illustrated below:

The controls in the Quick Access Toolbar can be determined at runtime, using the QAT Editor, accessed from the QAT drop down. The controls collection can also be easily accessed.
Customizing the Quick Access Toolbar
The visibility of the Quick Access toolbar can be turned on or off as desired.
