Splash Panel enables the easy creation of splash notification windows such as the message notification window in MSN instant messenger. Complete customization of splash message behavior and placement is possible. Just drag and drop controls onto the Splash Panel. Splash Panel can appear on the screen with animation, and can be used to collect input from users.
