KeyTips and ToolTips

Ribbon control supports KeyTips and ToolTips. KeyTips is a feature that displays the keyboard shortcut to access the corresponding RibbonTab, whenever the mouse pointer is moved over a RibbonTab. ToolTip is used to display information about the RibbonButton, whenever the mouse pointer is moved over a RibbonButton.
