Candle Chart

The high and low values are represented by the wick of a candle, in a candle chart. The candle represents open and close values. The body of the candle is often colored under conditions where the open value is smaller than the closed value.

HiLo Chart

HiLo chart is a sophisticated chart type, that finds its place in stock analysis.

Key Features:

• Display of Error Bars.
• Trading range of stock and its closing value, for each period.
• Displays Y - value for each X - value.
• In special cases, displays a range of Y - values for a given X value.

HiLo Open Close Chart

HiLo OpenClose Chart is a HiLo chart with four Y values for each point. The functionality of each Y value is given below.

• One representing the high value of the plotted stock, for the time period for which the chart is being rendered.
• One representing the low values for the same period.
• One representing the opening value for that period.
• One representing the closing value for that period.

Box and Whisker Chart

Box-whisker chart represents data ranges as boxes and/or marks.

Key Features:

• A solid box is drawn whose left and right edges, corresponding to the quartiles, has a mark inside it to show the median.
• Two 'whiskers' are attached to the sides of the box, to show the overall range of the data.
• Comparing several box and whisker charts serves useful for spotting distribution differences.

Kagi Chart

Kagi chart consists of a series connecting vertical lines where the thickness and direction of those lines depends on price.

Renko Chart

Renko charts serves excellent for determining support and resistance levels.

ThreeLine Break Chart

ThreeLineBreak displays a series of vertical boxes that are based on changes in prices. It depicts rising and falling lines of varying heights.

PointAndFigure Chart

PointAndFigure charts are used to identify support levels, resistance levels and chart patterns.
