While creating a Proof of Concept based on QTP for Global Test Managers, QTP did not recognize any of the Syncfusion objects because they were not native .NET objects. Mercury/HP does not support third-party .NET object recognition by QTP. I contacted Syncfusion and was sent a custom release of Essential TestStudio.
